The first part of the corporAID webevent-series “Resuming business in emerging markets” offered insights into Latin America and discussed how Austrian companies can take opportunities that not only help them to recover more quickly from the crisis, but at the same time have an impact on issues like climate change and sustainable development.
Globalization came to an abrupt halt as a result of the measures taken by the states in the fight against the corona virus. Norbert Haslacher, Frequentis, Stefan Krauter, Cargo-partner, and Mariana Kühnel, Austrian Chamber of Commerce discuss how Austrian companies deal with this and what opportunities the crisis offers for sustainability and innovation.

Or not? The world has been in a state of emergency for more than three months. The corona pandemic has struck entire economies, governments have imposed exit and contact restrictions and closed the borders to contain the virus. It is extremely challenging for internationally active Austrian companies of all sizes to keep their international business going under these circumstances.
