29.03.2021 For the 26th time in February, the Austrian Export Prize was awarded virtually and delayed due to the corona to domestic companies that have made particular contributions to export and internationalization in recent years. The gold export award winners in the respective categories were Next Generation recycling machines (trade and craft), Lenus Pharma (trade), AT&S (industry), AMES (information and consulting), Ars Electronica (tourism and leisure industry) and Prangl (transport and Traffic). Of the three special prizes, the “Global EcoVision Award” went to Fronius for the “24 hours of sun” project, the “Global Player Award” to Lenzing AG for successful internationalization, and the “Expat Award” to Josef Ullmer from Andritz Hydro awarded. Meanwhile, the Export Day 2021 is already in preparation. It should take place in Vienna on June 29th. The Chamber of Commerce reports a record number of submissions.
