The clothing swap app Uptraded impressed in the final of the Get Active Social Business Award GASBA 2021, which - due to the pandemic - only took place in January 2022 at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Uptraded founder Anna Greil was all the more delighted when she received the main prize of 73.500 euros. With her app, a kind of Tinder for the closet, users can swap hats, trousers and shirts that they no longer wear via Swipe & Match – and thus contribute to sustainability in the fashion world. Other prizes went to the YEP Austria initiative, which promotes the social participation of young people, and to the Sportfinder project, which aims to expand the range of sports on offer for people with disabilities. GASBA is an initiative of Coca-Cola, Der Standard and the Competence Center for Non-Profit Organizations and Social Entrepreneurship at Vienna University of Economics and Business.
